Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Projectile For Mosin I built a Frankenstein Mosin Nagant 91/30 mainly as a woodworking project, built a stock out of Walnut and epoxy bedded it, shortened and floated barrel, decent scope on top. Was having very little luck developing what I would call a group, the rangematyer told me the target paper didn't count. After handloading a set of these, surplus brass, CCI primers and 41.5gr of H4895 I was able to put the first three within two inches at 100yrds. Got closer the more I shot, absolutely satisfied. I may have been sending .308s from a .311-.312 barrel before (still unsure, never mic'd them), but these make a surplus rifle shoot better than I ever thought it could. Also, they are pretty, and come in a pretty box.
